Liteboho Molise is a Lesotho-born South African actress, dancer, rapper and businesswoman best known for playing the role of Teboho Mukhwevho on popular TV soap opera Muvhango which plays on weekdays on that country’s SABC 2.

She has also, over the years, appeared on Skwizas, Karektas and is currently playing Seipati Moeketsi on Lingashoni. As a rapper, Molise has shared the stage with the likes of the late legendary Motswako rapper HHP.

Molise was born on January 23 1988 in Maseru, Lesotho. She then moved to the Butha Buthe district and later moved to another district, Mohale’s Hoek tagging along with her mother.

From an early age, Liteboho used to be in almost all the plays at school. She would take part in any form of art such as singing, drama or singing.

The Muvhango star wanted to study drama and arts or anything related to music because “…I believed that I was born to be a superstar mostly in music but I never pursued it because my mother was skeptical about it”.

Molise completed her secondary school education at the St Stephen’s D High School in Mohale’s Hoek, after which she was hoping to pursue her childhood dream of studying drama and art but ended up studying political science at the National University of Lesotho, largely because of mother’s skepticism about her chances of success in art.

Though she was already pursuing a career in political science, Molise did not shy away from attending Muvhango auditions which were held in Lesotho, Maseru. For her it was a life-changing moment because she had to pursue her dream in which she was slowly losing confidence.

“In May 2012, some six months after the auditions, I received a call wherein I was being asked make it to Johannesburg where I had landed a different role from the one I had auditioned for, the role of Teboho Mukwevho on Muvhango,” she said.

Molise has played the recurring role of Mantwa on the SABC2 sitcom Skwizas, in Season 3 (2014) and Season 4 (2016).

In 2017, she was a celebrity guest on the SABC2 variety comedy show #Karektas.

In 2014 she was also nominated Outstanding Newcomer for her Muvhango role of Teboho at the inaugural Royalty Soapie Awards. Though she had risen to greater heights for playing Teboho, she had to leave Muvhango 8 years later to play Seipati Moeketsi on Lengashoni season 1, a 1Magic drama series.

Liteboho is also an avid rapper and a businesswoman, who also does voice-overs for Lesedi FM and endorsed Black Like Me a hair production line.

She is married to popular polygamist and Mpumalanga-based businessman Thabo Twala.

She believes that if one wants to be successful in acting, they should first attain relevant educational backing.

“Then when you get a role, understand it so that you can portray it at your optimal level,” she contends.
